Dear
Friends,
Welcome
to May! Since the new year, my practice has undergone several
changes, one of them being the introduction of this newsletter in
new HTML format. I'd love to hear your feedback on the new
look and content of my May newsletter. Please feel free to
forward this email to anyone you think may be interested.
It's easy to subscribe or unsubscribe---just click on the links
at the bottom of the page.
Much
of the new direction of my work over the past four months has been
inspired by my clients. Below you'll hear more about my new
training program in energy medicine, and I've also included two
brief essays based on questions my clients had about their creativity
and being an expert, and about handling the challenges of being
highly intuitive, creative, and sometimes introverted. I hope
you enjoy!
Have a
wonderful spring
Love

Energy
Medicine
Many
of you have already experienced on the spot energy work during my
individual coaching sessions and intuitive readings. After
so many wonderful results and such great feedback from my clients,
I decided to expand my formal training in energy medicine.
In March I began attending Alberto Villoldo's Healing
the Light Body School. Now, not only can I help my clients
manage their energy, I can also help clients release recurring emotional
patterns. Please click on the link below to learn more about
my training, and what I am now offering my clients.

Creativity
and Beginners Mind
In
the latest meeting of my Vein of Gold workshop we discussed the
importance of approaching our creativity, and life in general with
a beginners mind. When we become experts on our art, or our
friends and family, or on life, we lose our ability to engage and
to appreciate our lives fully. In reality, we cannot even
know ourselves completely---we are each that much of a mystery.
Creating with beginners mind becomes a way of ongoing self discovery,
of awareness in the moment, and of fully embracing the world with
freshness. By approaching our relationships in the same way,
by acknowledging that we cannot know everything about another, we
are able to be fascinated anew. Try beginners mind not just
with your creative endeavors but with your partner and see if your
sense of admiration for them increases. You may just fall
in love all over again. I would love to hear about your experiences
with beginners mind.

Are
You Intuitive, Introverted and Do You Want More Intimacy in Your
Relationships?
Are
you highly creative but need plenty of down time? Is your
inner landscape as defined or even better defined than your outer
world? Do you sometimes know the feelings of others and what
motivates them, without knowing how you know? You're probably
an intuitive introvert. Intuitive introverts make up only
a small fraction of the American population. We have enormous
gifts and we've made grand contributions in both the arts and the
sciences. We also have our challenges, including how we care for
ourselves and our sensitivity. While we tend to have a small
circle of close friends and we do extremely well as parents and
partners, intuitive introverts share a typical relationship pattern
that can lead us to push away our loved ones.
