Dr. Brenda Holcombe, Naturopath and Midwife.   Brenda has been a midwife for over 25 years and has delivered nearly 900 babies.  Besides her phenomenal experience, she has a very reassuring presence.  Before I became pregnant, Brenda was my primary care physician.   She educated me on proper nutrition and other methods for achieving a pregnancy.  Also, Brenda is a pediatrician.  I find it very comforting that Brenda knows my children from before conception!  Brenda spent at least an hour with me at each prenatal visit, more than half of which were home visits.  Brenda attends births at home or at a clinic in Boise, Idaho.  I can't say enough about Brenda.  If you live in the Portland area and you want an excellent midwife, she's the one!  You can reach Brenda at 208.344.6600
